This recipe is for all the egg lovers.I love cutlets beacause of the crispiness and the crunchiness of the dish . Thought of making cutlets, came across this recipe from one of the blogs and tried to make
it in my way. Hope you all will enjoy it. I am posting the recipe for 4 egg cutlets.
Boiled Eggs 2 nos
Egg 1 (raw)
Potatoes 2 medium size Boiled and skinned
Green chillis 1 finely chopped
Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala 2 pinch of
Chat masala 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
Salt.
Onion 1 small finely chopped.
Bread crumbs
Peanuts roasted (chopped)
Raisins finely chopped.

Ingredients:-

Raisins finely chopped.
Method:-
Now take a bowl mash the potatoes and add salt, chat masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, chopped coriander leaves and garam masala.
Take a pan add a 1 tsp of oil add the chopped onions.
After the onions turn slight brown in color add roasted peanuts, turmeric powder a pinch of and raisins and fry in a low flame till the raisins puffs up a bit , and then add the potato mixture and saute it about 2 mins.
Take a kadhai or pan and pour enough oil for frying. Let it get hot.
Now take one half of egg and some potato mixture and cover it around that egg half.
In a bowl take the egg white of one egg and beat it well.
Now dip the cutlet in the egg white and roll it in bread crumbs and deep fry in the oil.
( Make sure the oil is hot enough. Fry them in high flame)
Fry the cutlets till it becomes golden brown.
Serve the cutlets hot with ketchup or chutneys and give your weekend an amazing start from the evening.
Notes:-
You can serve it with any kind of sauces or chutneys , and even with salads as a side.
