Chicken and vegetable Stir fry (Oriental Style)

Today i came up with this oriental style chicken recipe. Hope you all will enjoy it. Serve it hot with plain white or brown rice.




Ingredients:-


Chicken ( boneless cut into thin strips) 1/2 lb
Cabbage cut into 2 inch strips about 1 cup
Onion 1 large cut into cubes
Green Pepper or Capsicum 1/4th cut into thin strips
Beans 8-10 nos cut into 1 inch length

1 Egg white
Corn flour
Soya sauce
Ajinomotto
Black pepper
Salt

Method:-


1) Take a bowl and marinate the chicken strips with  egg white, salt, corn flour 2-3 tbsp, ajinomotto a pinch of and soya sauce 1/2 tbsp and 1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste and 1/2 tbsp of black pepper.

2) Marinate the chicken for 30 mins.

3)Cut the vegetables and wash it keep it aside so that all the water is drained out.

4) In another bowl take 4 tbsp of corn flour, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, ajinomotto 2 pinch of, soya sauce 11/2 tbsp and mix it well with 1/2 cup of water and keep it aside.

5)Take a pan add 2 tbsp of oil add the chicken and cook for 5 mins in high flame till it becomes slight brown in color..

6) Then add the vegetables and salt acc. to the chicken and cook for another 5 mins in a medium to high flame till the veges are slightly cooked.  There should be enough crunchiness in the veges.

7) Add the corn flour mix kept aside in a bowl and boil it till it thickens and mixed well with the veges and chicken. Switch off the flame.

8) Serve it hot with White rice.

Enjoy and have fun with this oriental style chicken.
