On the very first day when i came to USA, my hubby took me to a Chinese restaurant where i had Stir fry. That was so good and then i thought may be i should give it a try to make it at home. The very next day i went to an Asian mart to shop all the veggies which was there in the stir fry and the last thing but not the least
are the sauces. It took me an hour to have all the things but the result was rewarded. My Hubby just loved it and me too. From then we never tried stir fry again outside.Stir fry is the dish which i would love to have it very frequent. Its not only healthy loaded with all the veggies , but also cooks within minutes. When my fridge is loaded with vegetables this is the dish which comes to my mind which is yummy and yet simple delicious.
