Easy go Simple Rice Recipe

Sometimes we have leftover rice the next day and dont want to eat that . And sometimes we dont feel like making anything even if hungry ,so i came up with this 5-7 mins rice good for anytime to go . Works great for a brunch.This is so simple even who dont know cooking can make this like an expert .

Here you go for the easy go simple Rice recipe.

Ingredients:-
Left over rice or you can use freshly cooked rice .
( lets say for 1 cup rice)
Onion
Green chilli-1-2
Tomato-1
Peas
Beans
Carrots
Nutrella soya
Cumin seeds
Pav bhaji masala
garam masala pinch

Method:-
First of all in a pan put some water to boil and put the soya chunks and after its done drain and squeeze the excess water from it( you can aslo microwave for sometime.).
Take a pan and put some oil or ghee. After the oil is warm enough put some cumin seeds(jeera).
After the cumin seeds splutters put some cut onions ( thinly sliced) and then add cut carrots, soya chunks , peas and cut beans and chopped tomatoes and cover it with medium flame.
After 3-4 mins add some pav bhaji masala and a pinch of garam masala .
Separate the rice well with a fork or hand and then mix it with the above mixture .
cook it for 1-2 mins and then garnish it with some cilantro and mint leaves ( optional).
Serve it hot with boondi raita or any kind of raita.

For variation you can also use green/yellow/red peppers , cashews fried, and even paneer.
