Sabudana Vada or tapioca fritters

Sabudana vada one can have it as starter or snacks. It's not only easy to prepare but tastes delicious. Its a crispy snack which is crunchy from outside and soft from inside.


Ingredients:-


Sabudana 1/2 cup soaked ( you can refer soaking of sabudana)
Potato 2 medium boiled 
Peanuts (roasted)1/2 cup crushed(like powder)
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Ginger gated 1tsp
Green chilli 3-4 finely chopped
Coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp
Salt acc.

Method:-

1)Soak the sabudana for 3-4 hours in enough water.

2)After the sabudana is soaked drain the water and keep it aside.

3)Take a large bowl and grate the boiled potatoes.

4)Mix all the ingredients along with the sabudana properly.

5)Now take a pan and put enough oil for frying and heat the oil.

6)Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions, and shape each portion into round flatten patty.

7)Deep fry the vadas in hot oil until the vadas turn golden brown from both the sides.
   Take out the vadas in a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.

8)Serve the hot Vadas with any chutney or ketchup.

Notes:-

1) Make sure the oil is hot enough or else the vadas will break and will become sticky.
