Chinese Okra or Turai Sabji

Chinese Okra which is also called as Ridge gourd or Turai. Its tastes like Zucchini. When it matures enough its not used for culinary purpose , rather its used as luffa. Chinese Okra is low in calories
and high in fiber and vitamin C.It can be cooked either with the skin or without the skin. The recipe that i am posting is prepared in eastern part of India, where the Chinese okra is cooked with the paste of poppy seeds( khus khus). Its quiet simple to prepare and it goes well with chapatti or rice and dal. Hope you will enjoy this recipe.
