Egg Tadka

Egg tadka is something you can prepare with the left over or fresh dals.  It goes well with tandoori roti, naan , paratha or roti. When i have left over dals the next day , then this is the recipe that strikes to my mind...



For making this you need:-

Ingredients:-


Dal ( any tadka gravy dal made fresh or even left overs)
Egg 1 or 2 Acc.
Green Chilli 1 finely chopped( if you want it more hot)
Salt
Black pepper
Oil
Coriander Leaves finely chopped.

Method:-

Take a bowl and beat the egg properly with salt.

Take a pan add oil 1 tsp and then add the green chilli,  beaten egg.

Scramble the egg like bhurji and sprinkle black pepper and coriander leaves.

Now add the dal and boil it in medium flame for about 2-3 mins.

Hot Egg Tadka is ready to be served.

Notes:-

You can add any variations you want, like adding green chilli or more onions or red chilli powder.
