Eggless Banana Nut Muffin

First of all wishing all a very Happy Diwali. !! Today i am going to tell you the recipe for Banana Muffins.I made this eggless banana nut muffin specially for my little one. Now a days she is loving
cake very much. So i thought of making healthy muffins at home for her ,so that she can have it in her breakfast or any time of the day. So i tried making it with whole wheat flour and nuts. It came out to be great. Hope you all will enjoy this.

Ingredients:-

Bananas large size 2 nos ( more ripened ones)
Whole wheat flour ( atta) 1 cup
Sugar 3/4 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Milk 1/4 cup
Baking Powder 1 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda 1 tsp
Nuts( any kind of your choice like almond, walnuts or cashews)

Method:-

1) Sift the flour in a sieve mixing with baking powder and baking soda.

2)Mash the bananas properly so that there will be no chunks left.

3)In the mean time Preheat the oven at 350- 375 degree for at least 10 mins.

4) Add oil and sugar to the mashed banana and mix well.

5) Make a depression in middle of the flour and pour the banana mix in the middle.

6) Mix it well so that there are no lumps of wheat.  Add little warm milk slowly and mix properly till it becomes a thick batter.

7) Add chopped nuts( almonds, cashews and walnut) and give a quick mix.

8) Grease the muffin pan add the paper cups or you can grease it and dust it with little flour.

9)Pour the mixture till half and garnish with some nuts. Repeat with till all the cups are filled.

10)Bake for about 25-30 mins. Check in the middle with a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out clean then its done.Take it out after it cools down.

11) Serve the Banana Nut Muffins with a cuppa hot coffee.

Notes:-

1) You can use any kind of nuts and raisins also.

2) You can use the paper cups in the muffin pan , then you don't have to grease the pan.
