Ingredients:-
Chana 2 cups boiled
Green Chilli 2 chopped finely
Onion 1 Large finely chopped
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Amchur powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves
Method:-
Soak the chana over night and boil it with water and salt in a pressure cooker for about 5-6 whistles in a medium flame.
Take a pan add 1/2 tsp of oil , when oil is hot enough add cumin seeds.
After the cumin seeds splutters add green chilli, chopped onions and cook it for about 2-3 mins.
Add boiled chana and put the salt accordingly as there was salt in the chana previously.
Sprinkle amchur powder and cook it in a medium flame for 5 minutes.
Garnish with the coriander leaves and lemon juice and switch off the flame.
Serve hot with a cup of ginger tea.

Tips:-
You can also enjoy it topped with Haldiram's aloo bhujia.
You can add any variations of your choice like adding chopped tomatoes while cooking or adding chopped cucumbers and tomatoes after cooking it..
Without cooking also you can make the chaat with boiled chana, chopped onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, green chilli, chat masala,and lemon juice and mix it well and serve it cold.
