On every weekend mornings, it is very hard to decide what to eat in the breakfast...It feels like if someone can make something good in a few minutes and get on the dining table, then i would not expect anything more than that.We came up with a variety of easy and simple recipes for breakfast snacks which saves the
time and gives a healthy starter for the day...Having a piece of bread sandwich and a cup of tea will start the day in a good note and will make your day more energetic. This is the recipe , hope you all will enjoy!!!

Bread 4 pieces
Butter 1 tbsp
Potato 2 small(boiled and skin out)
Green Chilli 2
Onion 1 small size
Tomato 1 small
Peas 1/4 cup
Cumin seeds
Coriander leaves chopped
Asafoetida (hing) 1 pinch
Turmeric powder 2 pinch
Mozarella cheese( shredded) (optional)
Ketchup
Method:-
Take pan pour 1 tbsp oil, after its warm enough add cumin seeds and asafoetida.
After the cumin seed splutters add chopped green chilli, thinly sliced onion, turmeric powder and cook for
2-3 minutes and then add the chopped tomatoes .
After its cooked add mashed potatoes and mix it well.
Now the stuffing is ready.
For the Sandwich:-
Take 1 slice of bread spread some butter, then put the potato stuffing ,sprinkle shredded cheese and cover it with another slice of bread.
Toast it in a griddle or sandwich maker till it becomes crispy from outside.
Cut it along the corner making it 2 triangle shape.
Now sandwich is ready to serve.
Serve it hot with ketchup and a cup of hot tea.
